This video was part of the Video Loop during the SAGES 2020 Virtual Meeting. Topic: Bariatric LAPAROSCOPIC REVISION OF ROUX-EN-Y GASTRIC BYPASS TO SLEEVE GASTRECTOMY IN PATIENT WITH REACTIVE HYPOGLYCEMIA. In this video, we demonstrate the operative technique of laparoscopic revision of RYGB to sleeve gastrectomy. The patient is a 31-year-old female with a history of morbid obesity who underwent RYGB 3 years prior to the current operation. Following her RYGB, she experienced reactive hypoglycemia complicated by seizures. The patient underwent G-tube placement to the remnant stomach which resulted in resolution of her hypoglycemia. Due to her concerns of weight regain, she was offered a revision to sleeve gastrectomy. The patient underwent the revisional operation successfully. Operative time was 3 hours and 42 minutes. Postoperative course was uneventful.
