Urology video case (rare): 61 years old, lady, medically free presented with distal urethral mass 2.5 cm, biopsy was taken before 2 months (adenocarcinoma), cystoscopy showed only distal 2.5 cm of left urethral wall is involved, partial urethrectomy with safety margin 5 mm, the urethroplast using mucosa of labia minora + (skin + matrius flap) to correct anterior vaginal wall defect. final pathology is adenocarcinoma PT2 +TCC carcinoma in situ.
