Case description
This is a video of a live transmission we carried out last week from our operating room at ICUA-Clínica CEMTRO. It shows how to use the concept of the "white line" to achieve an excellent external sphincter's mucosa protection which helps to avoid early stress incontinence after HoLEP surgery. There is very good advice in this video if you perform AEEP with three-lobe or two-lobe techniques.
