The video shows the treatment of approx. 2 cm. stone in the Kidney by Flexible Ureteroscopy / Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery ( RIRS ). Low watt holmium laser was used for fragmentation of the kidney stone. The fragments of the kidney stone were then basketed with tipless basket & removed. Only sand & small fragments were left behind for spontaneous passage.
