This video shows robotic assisted laparoscopic segmental bladderresection for infiltrative endometriosis. 31 years old female with history of chronic pelvic pain and dysuria. Previous cystoscopy one year prior noted mass suspicious for endometriosis. Patient has been on continous oral contraceptive pills without improvment in pain. She desired definitive treatment. The patient was discharged home with the Foley catheter in place for 2 weeks. Post operative retrograde cystogram noted an intact bladder and both catheter and stents were removed.
