Case description

In this video we show the resection of a complex bronchogenic cyst stucked to inferior pulmonary vein, pericardium, bronchus intermedius, lung parenchyma and posterior mediastinum.
The content of the cyst was removed from the begining to facilitate mobilization and exposure.
The tumor was dependent of intermedius bronchus so at the end of the procedure a suture of the bronchus was needed to repair the small injury
The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful
