A 45 yo lady with a recent finding of a right paravertebral intrathoracic lesion underwent preoperative CT-driven biopsy. Schwannoma's diagnosis was confirmed. We opted for a TriPort 5 millimeters VTS right removal of the tumor, with CO2 assistance. The OR time was 56 minutes (skin to skin). Uneventful postoperative course and POD 1 discharge.
