In this video we show an unusal sleeve lobectomy for a big tumor involving the left lower lobe and lingula. An uniportal VATS approach was performed and a sleeve lobectomy with resection of LLL and lingula and anastomosis to main bronchus to segmental B1-2-3 was performed. The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful.
