Case description
Uniportal VATS double sleeve lobectomy (vascular and bronchial anastomosis) is a challenging and complex procedure that should be performed only by expert thoracoscopic surgeons. It is a good alternative to pneumonectomy in patients with centrally located tumors with infiltration of bronchus and artery. In this video we show the vascular anastomosis using a running suture of prolene 5/0 once the bronchial anastomosis was performed. The postoperative course of the patient was uneventful.
