Case description

This 77 year-old man with a right upper lobe lung cancer underwent spontaneous breathing (without double lumen tube intubation) VATS lobectomy. The procedure was performed via a minimal access incision (3cm) without rib spreading. The patient was discharged home on postoperative day 2. Video by Prof. Tristan D. Yan
