Endoscopic submucosal dissection of large rectal adenoma - pocket technique. Severe fibrosis in the middle part of the lesion due to snare biopsy. Time of the procedure - 2 hours. No intraoperative complications.
Recurrent adenoma (after multiple polypectomies and EMRs). ESD was performed using Fujinon FlushKnife 1,5. En block resection was achieved. Pathological report revealed high grade dysplasia with R0 resection.
