The film presents a laparoscopic Swenson pull-through procedure for Hirschsprung's disease in 8-month old child. Range of bowel resection was established by intraoperative bowel wall biopsy. Procedure was performed in the Department of Pediatric Surgery in Zabrze, Medical University of Silesia, Poland.
