Case description

Video presents a patient who, as a result of past sinus surgery, suffered from a recurring sinusitis. The created openings into the maxillary sinuses did not incorporate natural maxillary ostia. It resulted in the recirculation of mucus - out of the sinus and then falling back again. In order to clear the infection 2 holes needed to be joined into 1.
