Case description
In this video the application of narrow band imaging was used for the purpose of intra-operative assessment of pre-malignant and early cancerous laryngeal lesions. This diagnostic procedure is useful and adjunctive to enable a subtle lesion to become more obvious for a targeted biopsy or surgical excision. Circle indicates the suspicious dysplastic lesion.
