Case description

This video shows a cause of inspiratory stridor - extrinsic compression of epiglottis due to vallecula cyst. Oedematous character of the ariepiglottic folds and overlying arytenoids mucosa is noticeable. Differential diagnosis includes laryngomalacia and other obstructive lesions.
