Case description

Right-sided pyogenic granuloma (histologically-confirmed) in a patient who had history of previous endotracheal intubation. The patient also has symptoms of reflux laryngitis - frequent throat clearing, globus sensation and phlegms. Complete removal was achieved by using CO2 laser under jet ventilation technique.
