Case description

The video presents the procedure of transconjuctival transciliary filtration (TCTCF) of the posterior chamber of the eye. The track is created with use of Fugo blade - 500 micron tip, high energy. We can observe the leakage of blood from the iris and the angle. However, there is no haemorrhage from the ciliary body or posterior chamber. Mitomycin C 0,01% deposit is created under the conjunctiva. During the 1st day after the operation hyphema is present, but the subconjunctival filtration is clear. Intraocular pressure is controlled.
