Fugo plasma blade produces laser like plasma on the tip of a filament that has unique cutting properties that can revolutionise eye surgery in every speciality. This film shows the investigations of David Apple, Wilson and Johnson in to the histopathology of Fugo blade cutting. Also it application in capsulotomy, membranectomy, pupiloplasty, excision of a naevus, pterygium, punctoplasty, canaliculoplasty, retinal surgery, removal of an orbital dermoid and management of extensive conjunctival scarring after lime burn.
