Case description

Youssef proposed that unique medical theory (Youssef’s Diet), and the strangest thing isthat there is not a single study that talks about this theory, which believes that Multiplesclerosis (MS) is a neuroimmune disease that affects the central nervous system, leading to deterioration of cognitive functions and various neurological disorders. Recent evidence suggests that the interaction between the gut microbiota and the brain may play a pivotal role in disease development, opening the way for therapeutic strategies based on microbiome modulation. This theory aims to study the effect offermented foods and probiotics on improving brain functions in patients with multiplesclerosis, a topic that has not been addressed directly in previous studies, which makes this research the first of its kind in the field of therapeutic nutrition, specifically for patients with neurological diseases.
