LAPROSCOPY: - 10/5 MM primary trocher insersion done. - 3 5mm secondary trocher insersion done under guidance of primary trocher. - Adhesion Seen At Left Ovary & Left Tube Adherent With Each Outher Post Wall Of Uterus. - Fibroud Removal Done & Closer Done With Vicryl No.1. - Uterus :- Size - Enlarge ; Position - Retroverted ; Appearance - Congested - POD :- Free - Right tube :- Apperance - Normal ; Fimbrial end - Normal. - Left tube :- Appearnce - Normal ; adherent with ovary ; adherent with uterine wall ; Adhesiolysis done ; Fimbrial end - Normal - Right ovary :- Size - Normal ; Position - Normal ; Apperance - Normal. - Left ovary :- Size - Normal ; Position - Adherent With Post Wall Of Uterus; Apperance - Normal OPERATIVE NOTES:- - 3 x 3 cm Adenomatous cyst Dustbing Cavity. - Inj.Vasopression Given at Site Of Fibroid. - Incision Done By Hook Niddle. - Eniculation Of Adnoma Done By Myoma Screw. - Cavity Closer Done By V-Lock. - Removal Of Adnoma Done By Tinaculum. HYSTEROSCOPY: - CERVIX- Healthy - CAVITY- Adenomatous Polyp,Excision Done With Resectoscope. - Endometrium-Normal - Right ostia -Normal - Left ostia -Normal - Endomertium material send for HPE.
