Case description

20 year old female patient with history of amenorrhea of 9 weeks complaining of abdominal pain. Ultrasound suggested right adnexal mass suggestive of ectopic gestation with right ovarian cyst. Laparoscopic examination showed it was a cornual ectopic and a right ovarian cyst. Cyst was removed (not shown in this video). 10 units vasopressin added to 100 ml normal saline. 10 ml of this solution injected into right broad ligament and 30 ml in the myometrium, i.e 4 units. Initially an attempt made to suction out the contents but did not succeed. Hence excision of the involved Cornu done. Sutured with v - lock, 1-0 suture.
