Case description
The patient was PG ,GA 10w+3,BHCG 15000IU,FHR +,and stable without risk factor. Interstitial pregnancy detected by TVS. We performed laparoscopy, after injection diluted va sopressin, ectopic pregnancy was removed with cornual wedge resection. we used harmonic scalpel and bipolar. Myometrium of resection site was repaired by vicril 0 and 2-0 in two separate layers.
