Case description

This patient was PG, 34 years old, with history of pelvic pain and bilateral solid ovarian adnexal masses in the MRI, normal tumor makers, but elevated HE4 and ROMA. She underwent laparoscopic right salpingo-oopherectomy, but frozen section could not determine definitive diagnosis. Therefore, surgery stopped. The final report of pathology was metastatic lesion of stomach.
