Case description
A 45 years old patient, with history of 4NVD and TL. Sonography and MRI were reported bilateral semisolid masses. Tumor markers were normal. She underwent laparoscopic surgery. We did salpingo-oophrectomy in the left side, then it sent for frozen section. The pathology ward reported cyst adenofibroma. Therefore, we did right ovary cystectomy.
