Case description

Severe cholecystitis with SIRS very soon after combined major cardiac and peripheral artery stenting, double antiaggregation and therapeutic anticoagulation. Difficult month of infection management followed by clopidogrel stop and cholecystectomy. Anticoagulation and aspirin is still on. 4 arms without assistant trocar. IOC particularly indicated due to fluctuating enzymatic and bilirubine movements, finally normalized.
