Case description

We may have a higher incidence of Rt nonrecurrent recurrent laryngeal nerve in our locality. Please take care, so, please search meticulously for the recurrent laryngeal nerve in the trachea-oesophageal groove, anterior to the trachea, deeper, or non-recurrent. Zuckerkandl's tubercle is another landmark that may be used. Don't sacrifice any structure before sure identification of the recurrent. Its color is characteristic glistening white, try to be familiar and your assistants with it. In this video, the superior parathyroid gland with its blood supply appears intact.
