Case description

23 years old female, virgin, with chronic recurrent abdominal pain. not related to menstruation. Clinically, abdominal pain allover the lower abdomen, no shifting pain, nausia, no vomiting, mild tenderness in right iliac fossa, TLC 4,100, Radiography suggests Chronic Appendicitis. Diagnostic Lap revealed these findings.
