Case description

Video case: adhesions between the liver and diaphragm during laparoscopic cholecystectomy, we did adhesiolysis to be able to complete the dissection of the GB from its bed. Here I want to ask if it is better to remove these adhesions lying away and deep after the completion of our procedure or to leave them.
