Case description

In this video we will see all Surgical landmarks for facial nerve identification during parotid surgery.

1. Facial nerve trunk lies approximately 1 cm below and 1 cm medial to the Tragal pointer.

2. The facial nerve trunk lies approximately 1 cm above and at same depth of the upper border of the digastrics muscle.

3. The facial nerve lies deep to mastoid process, it exits the stylomastoid foramen to enters the parotid gland.
