Case description

A 60 year old male patient presented with pain fever and right hypochondrial pain. Raised TLC and mass in the Rt. Hypochondrium. USG revealed a subphrenic and sub hepatic collection of fluid and a diffuse mass of gall bladder. The video demonstrates a gangrenous gall bladder and subphrenic and subhepatic abscess. Cholecystectomy was done. Incidentally he also had a torsion? Of the falciform ligament which was released at its base( not included in the video)
