42 years, female presented with complaints of occasional pain and discomfort in upper abdomen - 3 years associated with fever with vomiting during episodes of pain with loss of appetite – 1 year. She was investigated contrast CT abdomen was suggestive of Giant hepatic hemangioma in segment 6 & 7 (10x9x6 cm) with cholelithiasis.
