65 years, male, presented with complaints of upper abdominal discomfort with post prandial bloating for the last 3 months. No H/o of nausea and vomiting. K/C/O – Diabetes Mellitus, Hypothyroidism, Hypertension and had underwent Coronary Artery Bypass for triple vessel disease 18 years ago. OGD and CT abdomen were suggestive of Well defined Neuroendocrine tumour in the 1st part of duodenum with no extra duodenal and vascular involvement.
