This video presents a laparoscopic removal of a large (9/11) cm ovarian cyst. To avoid spillage inside abdominal cavity the cyst was completely excised and placed in a plastic bag following its suction inside (350 ml) and extraction through 10 mm port. The postop outcome was favourable and the patient was discharged in the 1-st op day.
