Case description

It follows with the cut the mass in fragments and still use the endocut. Large sessile polyps may require piecemeal resection in 1- to 2-cm segments, although if submucosal saline injection is employed, and there is a sufficient saline cushion to prevent thermal damage to the muscularis propria, to remove a larger polyp en bloc to facilitate histologic analysis (particularly in the unanticipated event of a malignant polyp).
