Case description

This 48 year-old male with advanced gastric adenocarcinoma with jaundice and abdominal mass as well as hepatic. Has been presented with 15 days history of intermittent black, tarry stools and multiple blood transfusions, he was referred to our endoscopic unit for hemostatic therapy.
