Case description

This 65 year-old female, 3 years previously underwent a gastrectomy Billroth II due to a gastric adenocarcinoma of the antrum, one month previously of this endoscopy began with dysphagia, patient was referred to our endoscopic unit for evaluation. Extensive neoplastic infiltration of the fundus and cardias, retroflexed image.
