Case description

Esophageal squamous papillomas are usually a single, round, elevated, sessile formation, well delineated from the surrounding tissue. They range in size from 2mm up to 2cm X 5cm, but average about 5-6mm. They tend to be whitish/pink and have a soft consistency.
