Case description

This 73 year old, male presented progressive dysphagia for solid and liquid. and lost of 20 pounds of weight. Endoscopy revealed a large tumor. Esophagus cancer may develop in any part of the esophagus.-- usual distribution is as follows: 20% in upper third, 30% in the middle third and 50% in the lower third.
