Case description
Dysphagia accompanied by weight loss in a 79-year-old patient.
Oral contrast opacification: stricture identified in the cardial region.
Endoscopy findings: neoplastic stricture located in the lower esophagus, with evidence of submucosal invasion into the stomach.
Biopsy performed: Patient scheduled for esophageal stenting.
