Case description

A case of Ca. Urinary bladder. Underwent uretero-ileal anastamosis 1-year ago. Now admitted with recurrent fever for 3-months. Treated conservatively as urinary tract infection. Underwent ileal loop scopy to assess anastamotic site structure. His right uretero-ileal anastamosis was well seen & widely patent. Left uretero-ilel anastamosis was narrowed. It was cannulated & ureterogram showed dilated calyces. 10mm CRE balloon dilatation & DJ stenting done with a 9.8mm UGI-Scopy & ERCP stent pusher.
