Colonoscopy: Ascending Colon EMR - Prior Colon Cancer Surgery
Case description
Patient: Sigmoid colectomy for colon cancer in the past
Lesion: Flat lesion - SSA
Location: Ascending colon - difficult to access lesion; not easy to find out and the endoscope kept slipping back.
Injection: 5 cc of saline with Methylene Blue
Snare: 15 mm snare; required decompression of the colon and water insuffulation to stabilize the colon segment for snare application
Current: Endocut Q 3-1-3
APC: Forced APC; 0.8 lts; 35 W
Clips: 3
