Case description

ESD of large, pedunculated sigmoid polyp. Dissection of the lesion chosen due to large vessels in stalk – substantial risk of bleeding after snare polypectomy. Procedure time – 20 min. No intraoperative complications. Procedure performed in the Centre of Bowel Treatment, Brzeziny, Poland.
