Case description

A 30 mm lesion in the upper rectum treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection. The difficulty encountered was fibrosis and its location just before the sigmoid colon on a fold. The submucosal space was quiet bit narrow and I couldn't easily enter it, so I used gravity to expose it. Procedure time was around 1h30 minutes.
