Case description

An elderly man was found to have an abnormality on scan for evaluation of intra-abdominal cancer. He had undergone removal of a lesion from the colon 3 years earlier. Colonoscopy revealed colon cancer in the same site. Paying attention to complete removal of the lesion and close followup after removal of lesions could avoid the risk of cancer development later on.
