Case description

Pancreatic cystic neoplasm is a rare pathology with wide spectrum of symptoms. Cystic lessions in the pancreas are uncommonly a neoplasm, but an adequate diagnosis is crucial dut to their heterogeneous behaviour. Histopathologically they have charakter of solid pseudopapillary tumors, serous microcystic adenomas, mucinous cystic neoplasms or intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms. What is more, clinicians have a lot of problem with pathologies, being a result of standard imaging examination. This video shows an 82-years-old woman with incidentally found a cystic lesion in her head of the pancreas and other pathology in the left liver lobe on the CT scan.
