Case description

Solid Pseudopapillary pancreatic tumor is a neoplasm with low risk of malignant development, usually seen in young women, distinguished with solid, cystic and papillary character and acinar, ductal and endocrine division. Pseudopapillae surrounded by epithelial layers found in endoscopic ultrasound is crutial for the diagnosis. The treatment is surgical.
