Case description

A 32-year old man suffered from anemia due to iron lack. Fecal Occult Blood test resulted positive. No endoscopical changes of the colon and upper intestine. Capsule endoscopy showed multiulceration of jejunum and ileum with an acute blood flow. Patient was diagnosed with a Crohn's disease and cured with a thalidomid, mesalamine and iron (per os).
