In developing an endoscopy program, efficiency is crucial. We will discuss the key elements of building an effective, high-volume endoscopy practice. In addition, review a practice from the ground up including appropriate patient selection, patient booking and pre-endoscopic education. The presentation will review critical work flow factors in running an efficient endoscopy suite, and the details necessary to ensure appropriate follow-up.
