This lecture discusses endoscopic submucosal resections of colon polyps. Principally, the injection of an equal mix of 5cc saline/5cc epinephrine/few drops of methylene blue is used prior to polyp removal. Removal of flat colonic lesions is also reviewed. This lecture was presented at the 2012 annual American Assocation for Primary Care Endoscopy CME conference in San Francisco by Dr. Derek Hubbard.
