Case description

Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer in California and the second deadliest cancer in men and women in 2005. Screening for colonic adenomas appears to significantly reduce the incidence of and risk of dying from colorectal cancer. This lecture was presented at the 2012 annual American Association for Primary Care Endoscopy CME Conference in San Francisco, CA by Dr. Thomas B. Hargrave.
